2. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all users, including customers within Germany, the EU, and internationally. Any special rules applicable to business-to-business (B2B) transactions will be specified separately.

3. Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

3.1 Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) for EU & German Customers

Per §355 BGB (German Civil Code) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day they receive their order.To initiate a return, notify us via email at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return (optional).

You must send the item back within 14 days after notifying us.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal:

Returns are not accepted for the following items:

Personalized/custom-made products

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments) once unsealed

Digital products/services once accessed or downloaded

3.2 International Returns

Customers outside the EU/Germany may return items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for defective or incorrect items.

Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

Customs/import duties are non-refundable.

3.3 Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

Securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping

3.4 Return Process

Package the item securely and include the RA number.

Ship the item to our return address (provided upon request).

Once received, we will inspect the item and process the refund within 14 business days.

3.5 Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

If a refund to the original method is not possible, we will offer a store credit or alternative refund method.

In cases of partial returns, only the value of the returned item(s) will be refunded.

3.6 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will:

Arrange a free replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs).

Cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.

3.7 Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase products.

The contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Euro, including applicable VAT where required by law.

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and other secure payment methods.

Orders must be paid in full before shipping.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within Germany, the EU, and internationally, subject to shipping fees.

Estimated delivery times vary and are provided during checkout.
